A nice hot cup of coffee and comfy chairs around the fireplace were comfortable on a cold MN morning. The only thing that could have made the experience better would have been to have the vents or doors open to make the fireplace push more of that precious air further into the room where the seats were a bit colder and drafts were chilly due to two doorways located on two walls of the building. Beyond that, the visit was what I’ve come to always expect from Caribou.
No food ordered. Hot steaming coffee only.

Literally the best customer service i’ve ever experienced. I go out of my way to go to this caribou. I frequent it as it’s very close to my work, but even if i’m not super close I will always stop at this one. Somehow my drinks and food always taste better here, and I always leave with a smile. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Caribou is my go to coffee chain. Always a good experience. Friendly staff, great service. Good food and drink. Unlike the “other” coffee house chain, Caribou employees will rinse your personal cup for you.

ON SATURDAY I gave cashier 7$ cash for 6.70$ and she didn’t give back 30 cents. So I asked for a receipt. She gave it to me and ignored the 30 cents. While I was waiting for her to give it to me she was pretending to be busy. FOR YOUR INFORMATION It is a STEALING even if it’s only 30 cents. I’ve been a customer for 8 years. I go here alot I order the same thing and request a extra shot of expresso. Same days I get what I asked for and some i don’t. I love the employees that go the extra mile if it’s not correct and also appreciate it. I have had 2 not so good encounters over all and was extremely disappointed. Most of the staff are wonderful. I hope they stay awhile. They make coming here worth it.. but like clock work the last 3 times i been here its like they go out their way to make my stuff. Wrong. I did not ask to have problems with some foods but its wrong ppl go out their way to try and make me sick

Staff here is really friendly and drinks and food are reliable and good. My biggest issue is with the inside cashier – constantly trying the up-sell. Its exhausting and ruins the experience every time.
