This is easily my favorite Caribou location, mainly because of the staff. They’re always incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Special shoutout to Tyler. He’s always a vibe and keeps the energy positive every time I come in.
The store is really clean, and the drinks and food are consistently good. I’ve never had any issues here. I come pretty often and will sometimes sit inside to work on my laptop, and it’s always a solid experience.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Never again. I gave them way too many chances and they keep letting me down. Their drinks are horrible and last time I order…it was WAYY too over priced especially for the drink being a small size and on top of that, it tasted like straight up medicine. Every time I give them a chance I get let down. Why am I paying almost $9 for a small size iced coffee?? And it doesn’t even taste good?! If I can rate them a zero, trust me I would. I don’t know how they can even make it up to me at this point. I don’t recommend wasting your money going there.

Friendly staff, line moves quickly, but I would guess that I get the wrong coffee at least half of the time. Always check your order, don’t drive home thinking you got the right order.
Edit: went down to one star, they did it to me again today. 4 orders in a row I got my coffee with missing ingredients.

I love coming here in the morning on my way to work. I come through the drive thru. They are so quick no matter how long the line is, they are accurate, and polite. A great experience. I typically get a blended turtle mocha or a campfire mocha.

The interior is nice, staff is friendly and service is prompt. I don’t enjoy the product so much, the drink I tried recently was a Matcha cooler with bubbles and it was not very tasty. Before that I tried a strawberry mango smoothie which tasted weird like artificial sweeteners. I also tried a decaffeinated chocolate cooler which was ok.

Here is another Caribou store that seems to think they Know what you want to drink instead of listening to what you want.
My wife has been ordering the same drink for 3 years. It seems that the stores that what to tell you want you want end up always getting the drink wrong. This store even told us that they have 2 different drinks that are made the same way even though one is far more sweet than the other.
So the manager even told us that they make them both the same way. Which means they are making one of the drinks wrong. So even though we ordered one drink they rang up the other drink and the manager didn’t even care.
The worst part is I drink almost the easiest thing on the menu, a depth charge, which is hot coffee with an extra shot of espresso and they screwed that up as well. It was cold, sure I could heat it up but if I wanted to do that the I would have made my own at home but I wasn’t at home and wasn’t going home.

Friendly and fresh- we go out of our way to come to this location. The employees are always super friendly and give our pups treats. The drinks are made the same every time, you can guarantee that your go-to will be perfect always. I love coffee and appreciate having a good coffee shop close to home.
