I get Caribou 6–7 days per week So I am familiar with what my routine, 2%, medium, mocha is often like. I was highly impressed with my drink today. It was warm, not hot, so drinkable. It was heavy, which I was happy with because it meant they didn’t short me on my milk and make me pay for half a cup of whipped cream! Super impressed!

If I could rate this a zero for customer service I definitely would! I go to caribou at least three or four times a week. Today used my points, they were taking off and was told to let the window person know. When I got to the window they would not honor b/c apparently I gave wrong loyalty code and on top of that the points were in fact removed from my account. Needless to say, my points for my free beverage was not honored bc of whatever error. Young lady at the window decided she would much rather go back and forth with a customer (one who was being 100% honest) instead. Please, do better.

I ordered a hot drink, a BREVE to be exact, but not so hot!!! Well the co f irst sip was normally warm & after that it was cold! I know when someone requests “NOT SO HOT” doesn’t mean up pour in cold “MILK!!!” I exactly how a Breve is made & it definitely is not made with MILK!!! For as much customers pay for their drinks you would think it would be made correctly. If by chance your not sure how to make it than stop ask, don’t take the chance of making it wrong & your customer becomes sick by making it wrong!!! That’s how I know it was made wrong!!!

Paying with ApplePay ? Please Beware ! Potential Drive through Scam by particular worker !!! This one particular staff has done this before & I had totally forgot. So if you use Apple Pay (drive thru) be on alert , they use a tap machine & the first question on the machine usually asks if you want to tip, & have the option to say ‘No’ or chose an amount , THEN you’d tap to pay. My Medium Carmel High Rise is usually $6.47, & when i approached the window it suddenly changes to $8.47, the person did not present me with the tap machine tip options , instead it provided me with only one option on the screen & that was to pay. When I asked why it was $8. instead of $6. I was told “I don’t know, I don’t keep up with the prices”!??! This person was extremely annoyed & rude for no good reason, Red Flag So After requesting and speaking with a manager, it was discovered that there was a tip that I applied to the order (which I didn’t), & she offered to reverse the charge but I said no it’s ok, but on my way home I remembered this same person doing this to me before at this same location in the drive thru window because this person was very rude at THAT time as well when I questioned the upcharge , & that particular time I drove off and didn’t say anything, I feel like this is a secret ongoing scam for this person, so that made me feel that I needed to report it this time & alert others on this potential scam. I called & spoke with a different manager who was very nice & genuinely concerned about this matter so I appreciate how this was handled by both managers. People Please Beware because this maybe happening to others who are innocently unaware of what is happening. Since when are we stealing Tips!!??

A cute little drive-thru Caribou. This store is newly built and looks great. Too bad the employees like to argue and tell people what they want, instead of listening to what they want.
We have been ordering the same drink for years. We know what we want and how it is made. They tried to tell us the cold espresso shot is exactly the same and the hot espresso shot. They also said they knew how it was made but when at the window we heard the woman making the drink say “I don’t understand why there isn’t enough ice?” Then dumped more ice in which made too much to fit in the glass which means that my wifes drink was more ice and less drink.
It happens to be my wifes b-day and she got to argue with her about it. We got the drink and it was not made right. It tasted more like a McDonald’s sweet iced coffee with no real coffee flavor. Which is the reason we get a double Moosed with fresh hot espresso mixed in. What a shock when you expect a coffee and get a super sweet shake instead.

As a newcomer to the area, my first thought when buying a house was, “How far am I from Caribou?” Thankfully, this tiny blue cabin on the corner of University and 81st has proven to be a lifesaver.
The staff here is always friendly and engaging.
The my coffee order is consistently excellent, every single time. As someone who’s particularly discerning about the differences in “how many pumps in a flavor shot”, I can tell you that this is a high mark of judgment.
Thank you, tiny blue cabin, for being such a reliable and comforting presence in my new neighborhood!

Despite not having a store front to walk into, the service received at the drive thru was exceptional. Employee greeted me as soon as I got to the speaker and was kind and patient with my order. I received my order quickly and the iced expresso was perfect!

I usually love this location. Today however I asked if I had enough points for a drink. The employee told me they didn’t put my number in for points (even though they asked me at the window). It really makes me a question if they are actually entering my number in for points or just pretending. I have been coming 4-5 times a week for years & cannot tell you the last time I had enough point for a drink. I tip every time, if staff can’t even enter in my phone number it’s hard for me to want to tip. Hoping this was just a one time thing, but will now have to check every time I order a drink.
