(1/31/26) I used the app like it said to “save time in line” and ordered ahead (the whole point of the app) and get to the drive through window of course after still needing to wait to get through the line of that itself, just to have my order not ready and it gets worse I have them tell me to pull ahead and have flashers on and someone will bring out my coffee meanwhile so they can get the coffee 1st to the people behind me that ordered after me. but I ordered ahead of time.. The app obviously has some kinks to work out first before being able to use it as intended.

The cashier, Ellie is rude and unprofessional, when I asked her if they had the grilled cheese in sourdough, she rudely replied “what”, which I had to over enunciate for what I wanted. As I was then paying, I was stuttering to ask if I could have my receipt before realizing I could tap for it she began to be more and more dismissive. She gave me my food, then dismissively said I don’t know what you trying to say. This isn’t the first time this happened, i thought it was a mistake at first. She isn’t the first person to do so at this location either. I never had issues at other locations nearby, I won’t be coming back. At this point, anyone that has a speech impediment like myself won’t have the best customer service at this location and to avoid this location.

Baristas are not trained properly on the weight of the product at this location. My latte being super short is annoying. A latte is super to have a thin layer of foam on the top. I deserved a full coffee for the price I paid. Disappointed in caribous training.

Usually this location is great, however the past month or 2 ever single order (I go here multiple times a week bc its closest to my house) something has been missed or I totally get the wrong item. Today I received a sandwich I didn’t order and a few days ago my drink was wrong.

Good location, ample parking has some outdoor seating. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Today was especially impressive this was made by a trainee! How pretty is that?

I love Caibou, however this store is horrible! They don’t know the correct pricing for the drinks so they over charge for everything. I ordered a drink which they wanted me to pay over $6 for, I drove away and went to caribou down the street. They charged $3.85 for the same exact drink, SAME DAY, less than 1 mile apart. DONT GO TO THIS STORE, drive just a tad farther to a better one.

Not sure what her name was. But I was so impressed. My wife not feeling well wanted a hot tea. This young lady suggested the hot raspberry hibiscus tea. Excellent choice and brownie points for me. And I ordered the Ho Ho Mocha. She was awesome pleasant and smiled and gave suck a great service at 6 o’clock at night. Thanks again!!

They would not give me a refund for a coffee that I ordered on the app. I meant to pick up at a different location. They said they already made it and will be tossing it out without a refund. (They aren’t suppose to start making a mobile order before someone even checks in so that would have definitely been very cold by the time i got there). They gave me a number that does not allow me to get over to a rep to get a refund and the lady that answered was rude. I would not recommend this place.
