This caribou being a corporate location is always great. The drinks are always near perfection. I prefer company locations vs. franchise. I read some poor posts regarding this location and they are simply not true. Just because 1 minor detail isn’t right does not mean that business is a 1 star business.

This is how I received my lemon bread. Looks like someone took a giant bite out of it. I love this caribou and the manager is amazing but wow. Why would this be ok to serve someone. Lesson learned for me to always look in the bag first. Terrible.

The coffee is very weak at every location. I get a small coffee and have a shot of espresso added each time i have tried and it tastes like dirty water each time. Every other coffee company I go to the coffee is MUCH stronger. I have tried a few times but end up not even drinking it. Also they charge more than their competitors.

I had a bad service experience at this location on Sunday, June 18. I brought my family here on Father’s Day to have light breakfast and a cup of coffee. Been coming to this location for 6+ years and generally order the same drinks. I asked my wife ask for cup of water and a cup of sparkling water (has always got it free of charge for 6+ years, and literally received this without issue the day before without issue), but that day, a new general manager lady flat out said “no” we can’t account for it and we are lot allowed to provide that to you. as you can imagine, I was slightly shocked, and was also surprised by the way the general manager spoke to me (she was quick, not empathetic, and flat out rude). In the end, she did not provide me with sparkling water. I settled for water, but was impacted the whole day feeling embarrassed by the way I was treated and talked to in front of my wife and kids on Father’s Day. Sad day I will never forget. My wife and I talked about this all weekend. Unfortunately, this experience made this no longer my favorite location.

I ordered a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese. I received exactly what I ordered but the bagel was terrible. I’ve had cheap frozen bagels that were better than this. Is this what corporate owned Caribou passes off as “quality”? JAB Holding Co probably doesn’t care since they also own Panera, Krispy Kreme etc. A good old conglomerate.

Back in MN for a visit, had to come to our favorite coffee shop. There’s just no others that compare to the atmosphere of the stores.

They’re pretty much always out of the vegan flatbread, but no complaints otherwise.
