Went for the 1st time today, Sunday, June 22nd, 2025 @250’ish? I’m not a regular orderer, only a few times a year kind of girl. I’ve never known this location was here! It’s a pick up place, not a drive thru one. Two parking spots for pick up orders, cute chairs to sit in, a bunch of tables, and the pick up section is on free far end of he counter. They have a “get to know your Barista”, which I love to see! My order thru the app was easy, and there’s an UPDATE button, make sure you press that, after you’ve changed something. Parking is right out front. Our cookies and cream drink was great, a few ice bits in there. Enjoy my photos! Person making my drink was friendly.

I’ve always enjoyed stopping into Caribou for my favorite coffee and getting a little work done. It’s been a dependable spot for a change of scenery and a productive atmosphere.
Since moving, I was excited to find a Caribou near my new home—but unfortunately, the experience hasn’t been the same. While the staff are incredibly friendly and seem to enjoy their work (which I genuinely appreciate), the environment has been consistently loud and distracting.
There’s a difference between creating a cheerful workspace and overlooking the needs of customers who are studying or working. Each time I’ve visited, the volume of conversations, laughter, and joking among the staff has made it difficult to focus.
I absolutely support a fun and light-hearted workplace, but I also believe in reading the room and being mindful of those around you. After multiple visits with the same experience, I’ve decided this location isn’t the right fit for me.

The drink was ok. It would have been nice if the barista wasn’t so invested in her conversation with the male coworker. She was very short with me today. I was the only drink order at the time too (around 11 this morning). I’m a caribou regular now and I wasn’t very impressed with her.

There was a lot of people there and the wait was long and they was going to close at three. I got there by 2:30 but it was a long wait after you paid for my drink…. It was on Labor Day, so that’s why they close so early.
