I love caribou and this location is conveniently close to my home. I am writing this review due to the dissatisfaction of the cappuccinos I’ve been receiving. Over half of them I’ve order for pick up have been lacking in froth and are heavy similar to a latte but I would say this last one didn’t even have as much froth as a latte. I understand cappuccinos are difficult especially since I add flavor to mine but it is inconvenient when it’s not accurate as I tend to get cappuccinos frequently.

Very happy with this location it’s right next to Great Clips great after getting a haircut, there is a decent amount of seating here, the staff are really friendly especially Lukas, and the food/coffee are delicious. 5 stars for being another excellent Caribou.

Very consistent coffee and team cheerfulness! The cleanliness of the tables is the only thing keeping my review from being a 5-star. The tables are often sticky. Understandable, since this is a very busy location, still a bummer.

One of the most consistent Caribou locations in the SLP area. I’ve never had any issues with a drink here (that I remember, at least), which isn’t something I can say about most locations! It’s clean, staff are attentive, and service is quick. Very cozy interior, too. One of my favorite places to do some work.

This location is my favorite! Everyone is so friendly, my orders are always fabulous, and they strive to make your coffee shop experience excellent. An added bonus is they are crazy fast with getting orders done.

I am a regular at this location I spend an average of $25 dollars a day . There are currently two employees that work every day and I have never had any issues with orders or customer service. Only smiles timely service and great milk chocolate nitros. I would like to publicly say thank you and you are appreciated. This is for all the complainers that somehow feel entitled to project there miserable life’s. This is a time of Covid (pandemic) and unfortunately it’s hard to find employees that want to work. (short staffed ) empathy and gratitude instead of ugly.Thank you Caribou for getting me through my day. Drink two nitros get on the side of the building and smash.
