I was glad you still had the Spicy Mocha today, but disappointed that I couldn’t use it as my birthday drink (15 days after the date)…I tried using it for nearly two weeks, but every location was out of the spicy mocha mix until today. The barista charged me for the drink.

I love this place. I accidentally grabbed somebody’s drink. It was delicious. I really appreciate it. I told the lovely lady who helped me she was excellent, and she said no worries. She gave me the other coffee that was mine. I gave it to my friend, who worked at the grocery store that’s attached, Dustin he was so grateful everybody left happy and joyful; it was amazing

Most mornings that I stop, Suzanne and the manager, Tami are working. They are both very pleasant, accommodating, efficient and helpful! Suzanne will give me great suggestions on what to get if I want to try something new. I find Caribou’s products to be of good quality.

The Caribou off of Penn ave is my favorite location strongly based off of the wonderful and amazing staff that is there. I have never met a more fantastic team of baristas that truly care about their customers and community they proudly serve. They have never forgotten how my husband and I enjoy our coffee and are full of so much fun. The manager and her team are so balanced and I wish we could see this kind of outstanding customer service at all places. Kudos to everyone that works at this location. We continue to come back regularly because we love the welcoming vibes they share daily :). Thank you!
