Amazing place to get a drink and some food! Great atmosphere and excellent customer service, especially on a holiday! All the employees are wonderful and friendly and really go the extra mile to provide fast and helpful service and to make sure your experience is pleasant. Very clean and comfortable with good seating indoors. The food and drinks are outstanding, I keep coming back for the Just Egg Flatbread, it’s always perfectly warm and so tasty!! Thanks to the baristas for the excellent service!!

I used to dine in there when I lived a block away, now I live on the other side of town, but I hit the drive through, on my way to work. Their service is awesome. They are always very nice, welcoming, professional. I enjoy the grilled cheese sandwich. My absolute favorite, and I highly recommend it to anyone who reads this, is their Chicken Chorrizo Burrito! It’s lower in calories and it has tons of delicious flavors. You can get their hot sauce that comes with it. I guarantee you that your day will be made with this breakfast delight!

Every single time I get non-diary milk in my coffee from this location it is CURDLED and SPOILED. Every. single. time. I’m not lactose intolerant, thank goodness, but if you are, do not go to this location for non-dairy coffee options. Only the dairy milk is not usually spoiled. Please train your staff to store and date non-dairy milks appropriately. Typically, I’m not someone who leaves bad reviews. But this has happened so many times that I’m very frustrated, as I usually enjoy Caribou and this location is conveniently on my way to work.

Michelle is an amazing human being.I’ve noticed how she treats customers. She always greets them with a smile No matter how she’s feeling. I’m sure i’m not the only one that believes she’s one of the reasons why so many customers frequent this location. At the drive up window, the employee saw my dog and she immediately asked if I wanted a pup cup. I didn’t know they had them, so I was going to ask. It was really kind of her to offer it right away! It was a healthy amount of whip overflowing the cup and was thoroughly enjoyed by my dog! I’ll occasionally stop into a Caribou location and order their Turtle Mocha with skim. I haven’t found another brand that makes them as good. For the first time I tried the Gluten-free Bacon & Gouda Souffle and I was impressed. It held together but was still soft and creamy with a lot of bacon chunks. The bottom was slightly on the greasy side but it is cheese and bacon. I’d rather have that than dry. It’s very filling. I would definitely order again.

ZOO-WEE MAMA! Awesome sauce drinks and super cool people. Love TORI! Tori. Weekend crew is so cool and awesome. Lots of welcoming and sick people. So cool swag and yippe. Yummy yum drinks. I LOVE THE BOU, employees are hardworking and always looking to create a friendly atmosphere. I love the drinks here and always enjoy a tasty little treat! My personal favorite is the sparkling green tea lemonade!! (I love that it comes without the energy now) Also, sometimes things are out of stock, which is sad of course, but that can be beyond anyone’s control and that’s okay!! Always great to treat everyone (customers and staff) with respect as we’re all doing our best! Will be back (for drinks and also for my shifts haha) Thanks Caribou!

This is my favorite new Caribou! The baristas here, starting with Meron, who greets you with the SWEETEST smile- are ALL amazing! And Meron also drew a flower and a lovely message on each of my granddaughter’s hot chocolate cups.
Another smiling barista greeted a slow-moving elderly man by name and already knew his drink! So much kindness and love abounds here and this is a rare treasure these days! Cant wait to return!

The barista was top notch. Would not take back mug from another Caribou although it is a Caribou mug and I had provided record of mobile purchase. I did not insist as he was very helpful to advise and inform. Customer service is most important to me I assume he was not following policy refusing to refund me. I bought a Coffee to go and it was accurate, hot and good. This barista was so thorough he made sure it was 4 “pumps” of vanilla and not 4 “shots” (16 pumps) as I requested. I was very grateful he did not pump 16 “pumps” of vanilla in my coffee. Good job!
