I finally signed up for the caribou perks since I may grab a drink a several times a year. I got my birthday email for a free drink. Went and ordered a drink, a she asked for my phone number and pulls up my account, she didn’t offer the free drink coupon and I mentioned I had one for my birthday, she said happy birthday and then went to look. She said “oh you do, do you want to use it?”. Really???? I mentioned to a coworker who goes almost daily for years and didnt know about this free birthday drink and I am sure they didnt want to redeem these. So check for a coupon right around your birthday. I bet if you earn other discounts they would not tell you.

I Work at Best Buy and frequently stop in at this coffee shop. Today however I will not be coming back. One of the employees “Nicole” was extremely rude to me and her coworkers. Her lack of professional attitude to her customers and staff is appalling.

It’s not often that you hear someone rave about Caribou, but here we go! The baristas at this location are AMAZING! I can’t imagine starting my day without stopping by to get my morning fix of caffeine and conversation. I always walk away with a smile on my face and a carefully crafted beverage.

I always stop here on my way to work. The last few times I’ve gone, the girl who helped me just smelled horrible. Almost like marijuana or some sort of smoke. Needless to say I was completely disgusted. And to make it an even more horrific experience, the young lady appeared to be pregnant. Switching to the caribou closer to my home and never going here again.

The worst place, very unprofessional employees. Today I went there to get coffee but this lady blows her nose and her hands were unclean, I asked her to wash her hands but she refuse to do so and she gave me the coffee and I couldn’t drink it. I think the lady’s name was rose skinny lady but not sure. The time was around 2:40pm Friday 1-10-2020. Please be careful going there.
