There was hardly anyone in there and it took 15+ minutes to get 2 Caramel high rise and 2 bagels. The bagel selection was very minimal and cream cheese. This was around 1 pm and drive thru was not busy either. Will think twice about coming back to this location.

Nice seating options, especially for groups with large tables. Friendly staff and drive through. Brad, I believe that was his name, is a super nice guy. Drive through is available as well.
If you are coming from 169 to this location, there isn’t a left turn at the Caribou. Instead go straight past the Caribou and make a left at the first signal. Then make another left to go into road for Home Depot and the town homes, on this road go straight and make another left past the movie theater and turn left again into the parking lot the movie theater and Caribou share. From here it’s easy to go back to 169 or 13 but you’ll have to go back the way you came for other routes.
The only con with this place is the time consuming looping needed to get to it’s parking lot. I don’t expect a left turn will be made for the Caribou or movie theater anytime soon.

The man with the purple hair at this location has one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever seen. My daughter went in to get a remake because her drink was wrong, and she came back telling me he was rude about it and yelling at his team. I’ve been to this location many times and have seen the same thing myself. It’s disrespectful and unprofessional. At the end of the day, you work at a coffee shop, fixing a mistake and supporting your team is part of the job, not screaming at them. I won’t be back here and will be going to the other Caribou’s in Shakopee.

Giving it a 2 because it had the MOST disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever been in. It literally doesn’t look like they’ve ever been cleaned. Nasty to think employees use this bathroom and then provide a food service. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. Needless to say, won’t go back to this location.

I was excited to start working near this location but It is not what it used to be. We used to eat breakfast drive through often. One day my wife brings our salmon nova lox. They were burnt like lets cover it up with cream cheese was their thought, I went to bring it back. They were nice enough to give me 2 more but they KNEW about it like oh yea there was 2. (I only Brought one since wife threw hers out). This time my wife was excited she got 2 drink vouchers. We taste our drinks and now we know why. They got our drinks wrong and just gave them to us. So I’m guessing that coupon was a oops here come back and we’ll remake them for you.

I have been here quite a few times. I love getting hot espresso coffees. Caramel High rise or Campfire mocha all with an extra shot of espresso. Since I started getting these I’ve been noticing that the shots are dead every single time. So I stopped getting them. I waited a while before getting it again. Well I went in on a cold day and got a Caramel high rise and the shot was dead. Ruins the coffee and tastes like crap. I never want to get a hot coffee from this place because they don’t know what they are doing. Either educate your employees or figure it out. It’s not hard to do. You need to start mixing the shot sooner otherwise you get that burnt taste instead of a creamy delicious taste. I have to throw my coffee away every time!! All this because I don’t like the taste of burnt coffee in the morning, when I ordered a creamy caramel high rise. I would tell them in the window but it’s too hot to drink right away so I need to wait before I start drinking it, otherwise I would say something at the window but I don’t want to hold up the line because there is a dead shot.
