I ordered a non-dairy Cinnamon Spice Reindeer. I have no idea what it was! It was awful! The beverage is a Cinnamon Spice teabag steeped in non-dairy milk. No teabag. Was not asked what kind of non-dairy milk I wanted. Complete foam on top! Gross! What kind of powder was stirred into? I have NO idea what I was drinking. I threw it out.

***UPDATE***
This location struggled for a while but has really turned into my favorite. Not just with the smiling happy faces upon checkout but quality and accuracy of beverages. Has been consistent for months and THAT is how you turn a 1 star into a 5 star review. Keep up the good work and THANK YOU for all that you do! 5:12/2024

Just made a mobile order this morning for 2 coffees and a lumberjack. $23 with tip. Beautiful new location. Park in the order ahead designated spot and walk up to counter. Order was ready very fast as I live just down the street. I selected 2 different flavor shots in my XL latte. I typically try after I get home so I don’t get that everlasting tongue burn. Zero flavor at all, and not even luke warm. I typically order from the Burnsville location on Nicollet which is further and it’s still scorching when I get home. Never had them not add the flavors I requested either. Conveniently close. But, I rather have a good coffee experience rather than shiny new digs.

Ordered a coffee and a sandwich with the all. They gave me the coffee and asked me to pull into the wait stall for the rest of the order. I waited for about 8 minutes before I walked up to the windows for the rest of my order, it was ready and they forgot to bring it out

This Caribou is a good spot! The non coffee drinks are what I go for, and the stuffed bagel bites are nummy if I am a bit hungry! The place is kept clean. Kaitlyn was very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking available, since it’s located in a strip mall next to T-Mobile. Nice place for a break in the day!

This is by far my favorite caribou! They make the drinks to perfection! I’ve gone to plenty of other caribous across the twin cities but this location is by far my favorite one! Amazing team who greet you with a smile and are super kind! Drinks are always good and consistent. I was a major fan of caribou years ago but switched to thier major competitor due to consistency issues. Now this location always makes it to perfection. Big fan here! Way to go team

I’ve come by this location 4-5 times now in the last few weeks on my way to work as it’s the most convenient coffee shop on my commute. It has been the smoothest and fastest drive thru experience I’ve had at a caribou or any other shop! I’ve never waited for more than 5-10 minutes usually around 8-8:15am which tends to be a busier time for coffee drive thrus, my drink is always good and tastes amazing and the workers are all extremely friendly. Highly recommend and I have switched to being a caribou person rather than other competitors. Highly recommend this location 🙂
