This was the worst service I’ve experienced at a caribou before. I waited at the counter while the lady behind the counter talked to the other four workers before she took my order. I had to ask her to take my number to add my perks account. Then she proceeded to gab about who goes on break next with the others and no one made my drink. I finally had to ask after about 10 minutes of standing there if someone was going to make my drink. The poor guy stocking had to go ask. I think the lady was a manager because she was telling the others when they could go one break. Come on lady! Leading by her example is the reason everyone behind the counter was so lazy. Finally got my latte and it’s not even hot.

I ordered a large iced white mocha, 2 shots of espresso instead of 3, and pumpkin cold foam and a blueberry scone.There wasn’t even a hint of white chocolate flavor and the cold foam ran over because of too much ice so really had very little taste of that either. The scone was underbaked so was way too soft. The young person making my drink was too busy talking to her coworkers, she wasn’t focused on her job.

I have found the vast majority a Caribou staff are exceptional, however the person who waited on me was not friendly. She was rude when I placed my order and made it seem like an inconvenience to take my Caribou rewards number. I normally wouldn’t say anything, but she has waited on me multiple times in the past and it always seems like she having a bad day. She doesn’t make you feel very good.

I just recently order the fresh fruit and the smoothie this morning but at the same time i believe that the atmosphere is great but the staff can be professional its just the wait was very long and idk it was because it was due to the staff shortage but other than that it was okay but at least the fresh fruit was very tasty and the smoothie was very nice .

The employees were incredibly rude. When they make a mistake with your order, they blame it on you. I understand it gets crowded, but it’s important to be professional. I’d rather get the free coffee in the casino than deal with this service again.

Tried cold brew for the first time and didn’t love it. It had mocha taste. I won’t order it again. When I asked about the flavor they said that’s the way their cold brew tastes and didn’t offer me a different drink to replace it so that was disappointing.

I always order at this location while gambling and there is almost always an issue with my coffee. I order extra hot and it’s lukewarm or I order dark chocolate and they don’t put any in. The baristas seem nice though!
