I ordered a Bagel Toasted with veg cream cheese, got it NOT toasted, called them they were so nice to put me in the book for a Free Bagel. Next day same order, same thing NOT toasted, now if I had a toaster at work then be no problem but I don’t. Called again and just said maybe turn the heat up cuz its not toasted. Super nice people and I check next time before I leave.

First time visiting this location. Pretty busy with a few parking spots available. Drive through line makes it tough to park with multiple vehicles waiting in line. Service was quick and friendly. Drinks were great. Establishment was pretty clean. Definitely recommend visiting this location

all i wanted was one. ONE. mediocre lemonade. THATS ALL I WANTED!!! i asked them, can i PLEASE have a SMALL GREEN TEA RASPBERRY LEMONADE. the girl behind the counter was super nice at first but literally had to have had hearing issues cuz she asked if i wanted an extra large. i was like NO. ALL I WANT is a SMALL LEMONADE. plus, she kept asking if i wanted food. Honestly there’s no way that wasnt a fat joke. I’m not even that big. and she already assumed I wanted an extra large AND a sandwich. I told her no. My lemonade was good but literally never coming here again. One star.

Lately it has been taking too long to receive my order through the drive through. Everytime I’ve gone here in the last 2 weeks, all the employees look miserable and just seem to get yelled at by a new manager who just stands there doing nothing. My drinks lately have been way to strong with added espresso I didn’t ask for and they just taste different. The new script that the employees are having to say, is starting to get very annoying “can I complete your order” after everything I say is ridiculous, just wait till I say that I am done…AND why are they having to ask me if I want an XL large when I said I wanted a medium.

alright, my birthday was recently and i wanted to get the birthday drink thing on the app, the app wasn’t giving me the option, not the fault of the place by the way since they don’t run that. but when i told them what i wanted to do, and they did it no questions asked and made it work for me. plus the manager, the person working window, and the person who took my order where all amazing and lovely people. 10/10 would recommend. thank you

Specifically asked for my oatmeal to be super hot by steaming the water. She tried to tell me they can’t do that (I’ve been ordering it this way for YEARS ) and then I was given like warm, watery like soup, oatmeal. Not impressed. Other locations have no issue with my request.

I use the drive-thru most of the time. No issues with the app. Not a long wait. The inside of the business is clean with a quite atmosphere. Employees are friendly and courteous. I have not had a bad Coffee. I love the turtle mocha.
