A tad slow on getting drinks, but to be expected as they’re usually quite busy…specifically with take out orders. There is one gentleman there when I go every Saturday (patron), that somewhat brings me the creeps…overall it’s a solid Caribou.

This is my favorite coffee spot in the area! The staff is the absolute friendliest and my coffee order is always spot on. It’s my dogs favorite place as well lol. Some of the recent bad reviews seem to be really unfair given the current staffing shortages that are being seen EVERYWHERE. I’ve never had a problem here ☺️

Worst drive-thru experience/ customer service! They ask you so many questions before taking an order… You can scan my perks number at the window Because I’m paying on my app anyway…you don’t need to ask me my phone number at the drive-thru! The staff doesn’t seem to care that it’s disrupting to traffic at times making cars wait in the street. I almost saw someone walking their dog get hit by a car. Move it along Caribou staff… Unless you’re more concerned with yourselves instead of customer experience and safety
