Used the drive through to order 2 Turkey bacon minis, a cinnamon coffee cake, a small light roast coffee, anD a large extra hot chocolate mocha coffee. The barista was VERY nice both during the ordering process and at the window and the order was done perfectly. I love Caribou!

I’ve always love coming to this caribou the baristas are always so nice and wonderful!! The one downside is I have always felt overwhelmed and pressured by Joanna whenever she takes my orders:( it’s unfortunately question after question: “would you like another shot, do you want any food or to try any beans today? Can I offer you of piece of coffee cake” and it just gets to be a lot when I’m just coming in just for an iced drink and especially when I know what I want and don’t want to be bombarded with questions

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have had the worst service of my life here almost every time. I waited at the register for 3 minutes without even being acknowledged and then waited another 3 before I ended up walking out. A line began to form behind me and the workers barely glanced at the register.

Typically this Caribou is very accurate in their drink delivery. Today they mussed the mark with an incorrect order. I ordered a ho ho mocha with milk chocolate and was given white chocolate instead. A pricey inedible drink.

They have mice running through the back of their stores. I told a manager and he just shrugged and I walked out without taking the coffee I paid for.

My husband ordered a turtle mocha cooler ( dark chocolate, no whip) online and when we went to pick up, it was a mess on the counter ( they over filled the cup, leaking everywhere and had whip on), my husband tried to call someone to fix the order, the employee totally ignored him, he had to clean up himself and stuck with what he got! So disappointed!

Dropped in to try and order a simple coffee on a Sunday morning. The store wasn’t busy (few people sitting and two cars in drive through) so it should’ve been a quick visit. Never once was I acknowledged by the staff. All four staff stood by the drive through window and only focused on pickup orders. Even when I stood at the counter and they continuously walked by, I was never acknowledged. A simple “we’ll be with you soon” would’ve been great but I was pretty much invisible to them the entire time. Stood there for 5 min in silence and then left. Embarrassing customer service!

Always a good variety of different kinds of beverages and light eats. Drive through times always impress me, very quick for custom-made drinks and goodies. I like the Northern lights line of beverages which taste as good as the full sugar and calorie equivalents. They’re always flexible to be somewhat custom with your drinks which is always nice.
