I love the new manager here. She remembered my drinks just after a few times of me going and it’s always perfect and quickly made. I’m really impressed by how she handles the line of people while maintaining a positive attitude and smile, especially since I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone working in the shop with her. This is my go to spot for coffee!

This is my favorite Caribou location! I’ve been to other Caribou’s in Eden Prairie, Medina, Rogers, Maple Grove, Prior Lake, Plymouth, spots in Wisconsin, and Michigan, and this one is my favorite! And it’s located in one of my favorite Lund’s and Byerly’s! I don’t even typically like places that don’t offer a drive through option, but somehow, my two favorite Caribou locations (the other is in Maple Grove), neither have a drive-through. The service here is amazing! Ariel, and Katie are my favorite baristas, they remember me (and my coworkers) and not only my favorite drinks but the drinks I get for my coworkers when I frequent there. They are always happy and pleasant even when they are busy, and acknowledge every customer even if they get swamped with orders. They offer suggestions, and complementary beans with hot drinks, and even though issues are rare, they deal with them quickly, professionally, and courteously. I love coming here, it’s worth the trip through the tempting produce and delicious take-out deli options.

I stopped by wanting to get a cappuccino frappe (cooler/blended?) and got a confused look from the staff. When I described it, they said they couldn’t do that drink in blended or iced form. When I pointed out the iced option on their menu, they said it was a mistake they hadn’t noticed before. Really?
I ended up getting an iced mocha, which wasn’t that great; a little too sweet and bitter for my taste.

GPS leads you behind the store if you aren’t familiar with the Caribou being INSIDE the Lunds&Byerlys, and to be fair as someone who doesn’t have one nearby to shop I am not familiar with L&B or knew that they had a Caribou inside it. There is hardly any advertising showing that the Caribou is inside either just a very tiny window sticker off to the side of the entrance doors.
When I called to see where they were they answered “Lunds and Byerlys, how can I help you?”. Which seemed strange to me but confirmed their location.
They also don’t take paypal cash cards, so I was very disappointed and didn’t get to order my beverage or pastry.
Won’t be returning to this location.
