The staff at Caribou Coffee were amazing friendly, quick, and welcoming. I really appreciated their great attitude and service.
However, I was a bit surprised that even while eating indoors, everything was served on a paper bag. I understand that’s fine for takeout, but it would feel better (and be more eco-friendly) if dine-in customers had plates or trays instead.
Overall, great coffee, cozy vibe, and wonderful staff I just hope Caribou makes a small change toward a cleaner, more sustainable dining experience. ☕

The drive thru is very fast, I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes for my drink. The staff is also so welcoming and nice— we all know that working in customer service is never fun, but the staff at this caribou always seem to be in a good mood. 🙂

I come to this location several times a week early in the morning before work. I absolutely LOVE the staff here! Everyone is so friendly and I always look forward to seeing them every morning!! My orders are always correct and in a timely manner! PLEASE seriously give these workers praises and raises cause they deserve it!!!! I love this location. I am a regular and they never fail to get my order correct, greet me kindly, remember my name, and make the best coffee I’ve gotten at any caribou location I’ve been to.
