Very nice location, close to the biggest attraction in Medina, as well as plenty of the essentials.

The service was crazy fast, and my ludicrously complicated order was perfectly executed on the first try! Even got a chocolate espresso bean on the lid. 🙂

On Sunday, 09/07/2025, I had an issue at another Caribou location where my food came out burnt, so I came over to the Clydesdale Marketplace Caribou instead. The staff here completely turned my day around — they were friendly, understanding, and quickly fixed the problem. My order came out fresh and perfect.

Really appreciated how this team went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

I was greeted with a warm smile and a happy voice this morning as I picked up my order at the drive threw window. Everyone I have encountered at Clydesdale Marketplace Caribou has been genuinely bubbly and seems to truly enjoy working there! It’s such a pleasant way to start the day! My very first sip of delicious coffee sets the tone for the entire day. Today, it was pure Bliss, making my crazy work day that much more bearable!

First off, the environment is awesome. I have been to A LOT of Caribous and most of them feel the same. But this one, I walked in and it hit me with a fresh, open, unique vibe. It has lots of comfy chairs, a great sitting area in front of a fireplace, and even nice end tables with outlets. On top of that, I happen to come when the registers were down but the staff served well and did an excellent job adapting on the go. Would highly recommend you Stop On By!

Not to be a complainer but I enjoyed about 4 sips of my beverage before it was gone. Didn’t realize I was paying almost $7 + TIP for a cup of ice. Just not worth the money anymore. This happens frequently for me whether I get a cold brew, tea, etc. at this location.

I visit this store multiple times per month, but I’ve decided to be done as a customer at this store. This store has a drive-thru; my experience at any Caribou with a drive-thru is that the customers in vehicles are the priority. At this location, I feel that this principle is amplified to the point that it ruins the walk-in customer experience for me.
Today I walked in and proceeded to the front counter. None of the four employee’s gave me any sort of acknowledgment or greeting initially. After some time, one employee said “hi” but continued on with their other work. Then they completed a few drink steps, and started chatting with one another.
I stood long enough that I felt awkward waiting, so I went to a table and started work. After a few minutes of work and observing the Caribou team, I determined a good time to approach the counter.
I was waiting again for a while as a line was beginning to form behind me. My order was taken: coffee and a biscuit.
I sat back down to my work, and 5-10 minutes went by, still no biscuit! It was resolved once I went back up to ask again for a biscuit.
I know these are minor complaints, but for me personally, this type of stuff really detracts from my experience. My solution would be, when any customer walks in, say something similar to: “Hi, I’ll be with you in just a moment” or “Hi, we’ve got X drive-thru’s to handle, we’ll get your order right after those.” Communication such as that provides acknowledgment and expectation, which is really all a customer needs, even if the wait is long.
This has not been a unique experience at this store. Many times before I have stood at the counter with no greeting, no expectation for when an order would be taken, and watching employees chit-chat amongst themselves without acknowledging customers.
There is another Caribou 0.5 miles away, I’m going to go to that one.

Both times I have visited this location, my coffee drinks have been PERFECT! Other locations I’ve tried, they are good but I still have to doctor it up when I get home. But this location, I have not had to do that. Staff have always been very nice and friendly.
