I was being a valued customer over 5years, this caribou coffee branch is the worst one . There is an old lady taking orders in the counter who doesn’t take correct order and have hearing issues or idk what more. I have been charged with a blueberry muffin instead of a blueberry bagel with cream cheese which they misplaced in the order and when I asked about it they were like muffin and bagel are same price and didn’t even ask me about refunding the difference in the price, also I see the bill was 5.13$ which was more than the actual price. In fact, also the total order should be around 3$ plus tax if it was for a bagel or a muffin and the other young lady in the counter was like that’s ok without even asking about the refund “Dude it’s not ok, learn some basics and common sense . It’s not ok if you charge customer wrongly with a random charge and not ask them for a refund the difference amount in the first place the bill was charged 2$more I didn’t debate further and left from there”. Never going to this branch again. This took place around afternoon on 03/03/23. I am not sure why do they hire such Dum folks to loose their customers.

Staff was very nice and service was good. The reason for the two stars was due to the cleanliness of the place. Overall the entire store needed a deep clean and the floor looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. You’ll see in the pictures there’s a hairball and lots of general debri.

This is my favorite Caribou. The team are kind, helpful, and work to get to know me and my orders. They are great and worked so hard through the pandemic and staffing shortages. I appreciate them. I usually order ahead because there’s usually a line.

This is the first time at this location to dine in for a shot. It is ok not bad only 4 star due to no booth style seating here at this location. But don’t get me wrong everything include service is amazing here only walking order doesn’t have drive in. Could be improved on the future. Location wise is located on a super busy highway intersection. Getting here can take some time especially in the afternoon; early morning is ok less traffic. Staff is very friendly they been greet upon entering which is a plus.

This Caribou has the kindest people you’ll meet to start, or finish, your day. Every time I’m there I see them treat everyone with a familiar sort of compassion, whether it’s your first time or 101st time there. It may be a coffee chain but it has a warmer local vibe. I love when I’m nearby and get to stop in, leaving with coffee in my hand and a smile on my face 🙂
