I stop here literally almost every single morning and I love this team so much! I never hesitate to leave a good review when they ask because they are nothing but nice here! Love them and feel like family when I come in every morning Accidentally ordered to the wrong store which has never happened but the manager hooked me up for the am! I love these guys when I come in. And I’m talking 7 days a week LOL. Caribou fam ♥️

They were not very hospitable. It took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge me at the counter before they. Even said hello or came to take the order. Ask a question about the bathroom code and the response was very cold very unwelcoming. They forgot the malt flavoring in the malt hot mochas. One employee seemed like she was more interested in flirting with a guy than doing her job over in the corner sitting at a table. I will not be back to this establishment. I love caribou and I will frequent their other locations but I will avoid this one. Anybody that frequency is one. My recommendation is to refrain from tipping until the service improves so that they have a goal to work towards.

Friendly service, cozy warm, and big windows to let the sun in. They will make your order right if you don’t like it. If they get their fireplace going they would really bring even more people back. Standing desks and leather chairs also a bonus.

Rating this place as a 1 star because of what I experienced today. I placed an order on the app and it looked like my order didn’t go through but it took the money out of my bank. It shows the payment went through! I drove to the shop and explained what happened to the manager Todd, and he had a smirk on his face while saying there’s nothing I can do about that but you can call this number and maybe they can help you. Well 2 days prior to this I had the same issue because they did an update to the app, I drove to the store and spoke to the other Manger Melissa and showed what happened and she made me my order anyways because she saw the caribou app did take the payment. I have been a regular at this store every 1-2 days for well over a year. And I’m honestly sad to say that I will not be returning here!!

I walked in and the cashier had a huge smile and a welcoming tone. It’s just hard to see people at jobs with a positive attitude these days. The best part is she wasn’t the only one, the rest of the staff was friendly and cheerful. It’s a chain store so you shouldn’t expect grandiose accommodations, but this location is amazing. The baristas are so kind and polite. Great staff, very engaging and and service-oriented. Wow! Having been in leadership for some years, I appreciate that this caribou hires the right people. And the workers seem happy to work here. That’s priceless. This is a nice big Caribou with ample seating and interesting hustle and bustle without being so busy that it’s annoying. The outdoor patio is also open which is nice to get work done, read, or chat with friends. The baristas are super fast and they made my iced white chocolate mocha just the way I like it. it’s in a nice area with all the stores close by. Great little spot, close to other amenities as well as on the bus line. Quaint and cozy compared to other Caribou locations! Overall great location and service, great place to chill. Plenty of room to stop and sit to enjoy your coffee and good selection of breakfast options too! Plus, the coffee never disappoints.
