I don’t write negative reviews often, and I LOVE Caribou Coffee, but I’ll go out of my way to get coffee someplace else. I’ve been coming to this location since they opened, but the last several times I’ve come here, it’s taken at least 20 minutes to get my coffee. It doesn’t matter if I go inside or to the drive thru… if you have anywhere to be, don’t plan on stopping here for coffee.
Today when I stopped for coffee, there was only one car ahead of me in line and I had to wait 25 minutes for a single latte.
The last time that I came, I waited in the drive thru line for about 10 minutes. When the line hadn’t moved, I decided to get out of line and go inside instead. Inside I was able to order and still waited about 20 minutes for the two coffees that I ordered. The employees were laughing and telling stories while they work, which is fine, but there was no sense of urgency and they appeared to be taking their time. There was one employee sitting at a table in the corner folding things.
All in all, the coffee is good if you dont mind waiting at least 20 minutes.

We went here while in town and it was an amazing experience. The line wait was about 4 cars and only 10 minutes. Our drink was great turtle mocha cooler, and I asked for a water and they gave me it in a nice cup. The drive thur looks a little different then most as a pharmacy drive thur is right next to it but it didn’t impact our experience in a negative way at all! We will definitely return in the future!

Quality of the coffee is terrible! I ordered a medium hot skim white chocolate mocha through the drive thru. If I would have stayed in the seating area, I would have taken the coffee back. The drink has absolutely no white chocolate flavor to it. Service was good, but quality of the drink is terrible.

I ordered a iced caramel high rise and a strawberry pineapple energy drink, both of which were delicious, full of flavor, and the perfect size. I also got a pup cup for my little guys birthday and he loved it!! The staff were friendly, helpful, as well as fast and efficient. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been going there since they opened and today was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had here. I waited for a small caramel espresso shaker for 20 minutes while all staff members were singing and dancing, my drink was still made incorrectly. My food was over cooked to the point it was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it. Maybe if the employees were more worried about customer satisfaction than singing and dancing my order would have been correct.

This particular location has been more of a miss in terms of quality of product in the recent months. I get the same drink across all Caribou locations and in the last 6 months this location has been either making the drink incorrectly, not filling the cup all the way, and then never stir/shake the drink either. I always get an oatmilk carmel espresso shaker, today’s visit the coffee was extremely bitter, when I got home I had to add milk (like a pretty large amount) just to balance the drink out and make is salvageable. There was a 1/2 inch gap between the drink and top of the cup, I am aware there this is going to be some sort of space left but it’s never been this much, and all other locations don’t seem to have this issue. Because of the gap left and the bitterness of the coffee I’m assuming that someone is making the drink recipe incorrectly.
I have reached out on prior occasions to the corporate account and they just load up a free drink and apologize, say they’ll address it and then don’t as it continues to be an issue. I’m all about second and third chances but this has been countless tries with this location.
The employee’s themselves are always in great spirits and I’ve never had a bad interaction with anyone at the location. I really hope they can work on the product quality and improve.
