Always very slow service. Today asked for a crafted press and was half foam. When asked to remake it, they said “that’s the way they are, if I make it again, it will be the same.” (See photo) when foam settled, drink was half full, yet paid $7. We are done with this location.

Service is so slow Took 25 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee that was ordered on the app. They did not start making it until after I arrived at the window and then had to question what they were reading on the slip. I will go here again as a last resort and will never tip again. Wish I could get that back they don’t deserve it.

Got 2 Iced turtle white mochas. There is the one employee who makes them wrong because she has done it before. She does the white chocolate, then the espresso. Then put way too much milk in so she can only get a tiny bit of ice in it and drizzle caramel on top of it.
I’ve never worked at Caribou before, but I know my drink is supposed to be made with the caramel and the white chocolate mixed into the espresso before the milk.
I go in standing there, looking stupid with two drinks in my hands and nobody is coming to help me. I decide to throw the drinks in the trash and left and went to the Caribou in Elk River Where they made the drinks correctly and taste good.

It shouldn’t take 40 minutes to get a coffee. Avoid this place. It’s always slow and they never seem to understand basic drink orders that every other Caribou does.

Shout out to the lovely woman who worked the drive through this morning. Ordered a mocha for my hubby and didn’t get the chocolate covered bean – which I always steal from him. When she saw my disappointment she gave me a whole bunch of chocolate beans. Totally made my day! Thank you for going above and beyond to mark a customer smile!

They are absolutely amazing people that work here in the morning. they get a kick when I walk through the drive-thru because I can’t fit a school bus through it. They are absolutely kind-hearted and friendly. Hands down the best Caribou coffee location I have ever been at and with me driving I go to a lot! Any chance I get to stop here I always do and I highly recommend people doing the same. I these people work here for quite some time and keep the friendly atmosphere alive. God bless you all and thank you so much for starting my mornings off in such a good way!
