I went to pick up some drinks and at first there was a mishap with one drink order from the drive through. I went up to the window with the incorrect drink, only to be ignored until I tapped on the window to get their attention (it’s 15°F outside btw) and asked if I could get the ho ho mint mocha blended, they then asked if I wanted a crafted press or the mocha and when I asked what the difference between them was, they didn’t tell me and just gave me a blended drink that was not a ho ho mint mocha. I don’t even think it was a blended crafted press? Just all around confused and annoyed as this does not usually happen at this location. Do better please

I had my first bad experience at a Caribou today. I live within walking distance of this location and my dog and I take a walk there almost every weekend. They were quite busy in the drive-thru, and I was willing to be patient, but it was quite aggravating that my dog and I stood outside the window waiting for at least 20 minutes while they helped at least 10 cars through the drive-through before even making my drink..

I actually go out of my way to visit this specific store. The staff here are great. I have never gotten a wrong order. When there is an issue (no bubble straws) they own it and the apology is sincere. I will continue to visit this store daily even though I pass two others on my commute. P.S. very happy to get a bubble straw today!!!

Matcha latte was not blended enough, several dry chunks of matcha were ingested. I had to yell out my order because they couldn’t hear over the intercom. Additionally, I wanted it steeped at a lower heat so I could drink right away, did not happen and burned my mouth.

Ordered a dark mocha and received a white mocha. The order wasn’t repeated to me so I wish I could’ve known it was wrong before drinking it. Tasted water down and didn’t receive a receipt. My advice is to always ask for a receipt even if they don’t ask you(they didn’t ask us if we wanted one), because everytime I order from this location the drinks always taste a bit off.

This is my favorite Caribou location. The coffee is consistently the right temperature and flavor. The staff are delightful and the chocolate covered coffee bean they leave on your cup is a touch above the rest.

This location continues to go down hill. One day we stopped about 20ish minutes after they opened. When we pulled up, we were snarkily told they weren’t open or ready yet. Today we went and they couldn’t correctly take our order. 18$ and none of it tasted the way it should have. However, they did agree to replace our drinks next time they arrived, so that was appreciated.

First time at this location and not impressed. Ordered a cold coffee drink and very weak flavor. I also tried a breakfast bagel and it was hard as a rock. The cheese, bacon and egg were disgusting. Very disappointing.
