Barista in drive thru was rude after I corrected them politely on my name. After also correcting him on my order (nicely again), they still gave me the wrong coffee. I dont think i was rude and i was the only person in line, I dont like writing bad reviews but this was just a really bad experience.

How ridiculous is this? Large mocha that isnt even close to full for $6.50 and an XL cold press that is just over half at over $6!? I asked at the window about the cold press and she said her GM said that’s how it is with no ice. I can understand not filling it up, but when I got home, I poured it into a 20 oz cup and it was full so 12 oz is ice!?! Why even have the XL if you only put a large quantity in it? Or charge me the extra 30 cents to fill it up!
When I asked to speak to the manager, she wasn’t available….how sad to raise prices and not even give what is paid for.

Abby was kind, informative, and helpful. The drink came out great and the crema was beautiful. I like this location’s vibe. It’s unpretentious and warm. I take calls for work and enjoy mini-retreats from the office here, at least once every couple weeks.

Everyone is very nice but when I order on the app during the daytime it takes 3 times longer than in the morning. Maybe due to staffing shortages? There was no wait when I went inside.. this isn’t the first time this has happened either. Last time I just asked for a refund because i waited 15+ minutes and had to get to work.

Went through drive through, tell me they don’t have light roast and ask if I am okay with dark roast as it would take awhile for them to make more light roast. I said no problem and pulled around. I waited at the window for 5 minutes or so, then paid and left a tip. After about 5 more minutes I was told to pull around and that they were making more coffee. I was in a hurry so just asked for a refund. The cooper anderson looking manager came to window and was very rude. Accused me of not paying. I showed my receipt on my Amex app and then he says he will refund and to “calm down.” I was very calm, I still am. The only reason I am writing this review is because the refund never came through and I had to dispute the charge. So addition to being rude, they also don’t process refunds. There is a Starbucks across the street, just go there.
