The staff that run this place are awesome, delightful and on top of it. They can manage long lines with kindness and accuracy. The parking lot layout is weird, but don’t let it stop you from getting an ice cold campfire mocha!

Been coming here a lot and a few different times we have had wrong orders or orders like this. This is a large crafted press and it’s not even filled to the top. It’s a medium in a large cup. They speak to fast and don’t listen when trying to give them our phone numbers. No longer will go to this location.

This is one of the best Caribou locations. Hands down. The coffee & food is always excellent. There are a couple locations I avoid because they just don’t make it as good as this location. All the people that work there are so sweet. I always have a good experience every time I go. One of my favorites for sure.

We recently moved to the area and I had never had Caribou coffee before, but I had heard great things. After looking at the menu I knew I just had to try your drinks. Great prices (especially the kids drinks for my little). Ordered an iced Pumpkin white mocha, a kids cookies and cream, and a pup cup. Service was so great and my order was ready in no time. Unfortunately my very excited pup stepped on my cup and my coffee went all in my cup holder before I could taste it, but it smelled amazing. I can’t wait to actually try my coffee next time (without the dog though I’ve learned my lesson).

This place can’t follow simple instructions. I’ve been to this store twice now and ordered the same thing. A large caramel latte extra shot NO froth. And I got a cup that was 25% froth. Both times I’ve just thrown the drink away. It wasn’t even drinkable. Too bad I couldn’t give this place negative stars they don’t deserve any.

Easy access from highway 10. Service was prompt and the employee was courteous and friendly. Dare I say I was shocked when she asked me if I had any fun plans for the day. It was great to hear. Most customer service people struggle to even talk to you nowadays.

Stopped in with my mom to get coffee this afternoon and spilt my coffee while getting into the car. The gals that were working were so sweet – they remade my drink free of charge and gave me some paper towels to help clean up the car. Thank you for being awesome!!

I found this in my cup of coffee. It is the tip of a drizzle bottle?! I have reached out to Caribou but still no word. Am also not sure if the broken part seen in the picture was swallowed or not so that’s great.

Not sure what it is but Big Lake is always better than Monticello. The coffee is always weak elsewhere. Always excellent service.
