The team at the Highway 7 (1601 Highway 7, Hopkins MN 55305) was so great this morning. I goofed up and ordered a canteen for 8:50 when I needed it at 7:50. They filled it with what they had and made a mocha in record time even though it was totally my fault. They all kept a cool head and were kind and accommodating, even though at first, I was sure it couldn’t have been my fault. They were even making smalltalk about holiday movies while I waited. They need a bonus!

Shay verbally assaulted me and Dawn physically assaulted me bruising my right arm. I politely asked the barista if she could wash her hands before making my drink. She rudely said no. She proceeded to hand me the wrong drink and threatened to call the police if I did not leave. When I ordered my iced coffee, not a cold press, Dawn said “step aside” because a lady offered to buy me a drink. Shay said, “Don’t ask people to buy you a drink.” Customers can treat whoever they want to and do it all of the time. I was putting milk in the COLD PRESS that I did not order and both Shay and Dawn were screaming and yelling at me, as well as Jamie, and Dawn hit my right arm and laid her dirty hands on me bruising my arm. When I had gotten up to the counter Dawn was scratching her face with her bare hands and did not wash her hands which was gross. I want Shay and Dawn fired and Jamie fired as well. I’m sure they will embellish and lie through their teeth to gain favor with Corporate!!!
