Went to coffee with friends here. I showed up 15 min after my friends both of whom had ordered but only one had her drink. She said she was waiting for her drink, she’d ordered before our other friend, but her order had gotten messed up and they said they’d remaked it. We waited 5 minutes and no drink for me or her. I watched 3 people walk in after me, order, get their order and leave. I went up to the counter with my friend and we asked about her drink and mine. They never made mine but it was off their list of drinks to prepare… don’t know how that happens. They said they would remake it and my friend’s as well. It took another 5 for both of us to get our drinks. Was not pleased, but the beverages were finally made and one of the nice young men gave us coupons for free drinks as an apology for the mix up. And that went a long way… until the following week. When we came back to the same location and they told me and my friend our coupons were expired. I pointed out that we’d just been given them as an apology for a service mix-up, their exact words were “sorry, don’t know what to tell you.”
Will not be back.

I just went through the drive-thru and had the BEST service, oh and the best drinks! I wish I would’ve gotten the lady’s name. She was so personable and fun even though it was for only a few minutes. Great customer service! We ordered two medium blended caramel high rises and an iced white mocha latte. Everything turned out perfect! -Thank you Caribou

Went and purchased coffee today using my debit card. I placed my card on the reader, and the cashier pulled it back and said thanks without me seeing the purchase being complete. Thought nothing of it. Went home and checked my account. Noticed she gave herself a 2 dollar tip without my knowledge. I would have tipped her anyway. But find it dishonest to do so without my knowledge. Won’t be returning to this location.

drive thru order – they asked me if I wanted my drink sized large. I said yes please. when I get to the window I receive a medium beverage. I specifically ask about its size, and she lets me know it is a medium. I reminder her it is a medium. She walks away from the window grabs the other item i ordered and tells me to have a nice day. but wait – I did not get what I ordered and was really looking forward to. Basically, I was brushed off. Having a tough day to begin with and this did not help my feel goods. Very disappointed in Caribou – usually the customer matters and the energy is better.

Nice quiet spot in a convenient location, quick service, no issues with the food. If you like caribou coffee you’ll like it here. Lots of seating available, outdoor seating is really nice. There’s a little faux fireplace with armchair around it if you want something cozier. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Everytime I go there the staff is a pleasure to see and they do a great job of taking my order and it always what I want. I would highly suggest stopping at that Caribou Coffee for your coffee needs. Keep up the great work!
