Incredibly unfriendly. I was ignored at the counter, eventually the girl at the counter called someone else to help me, and scowled at me the entire time. If RBF was a sale item, this place would make a killing. Coffee was mid, atmosphere was weird hipster music with awkwardly placed tables and chairs. I’d go to a different place or location.

This was actually my first time at a Caribou coffee, and overall the experience was not great.. the young lady who waited on me was pleasant and patient. I ordered two specialty drinks and two breakfast sandwiches. When the order was complete, the staff just set it on a high top table next to the counter and didn’t announce the order. It did not have any stickers stating what it was.
The sandwiches were decent for being premade, but my vanilla espresso shaker had some milk clumps on the bottom. While this could be from the “shaking”, I wasn’t sure if it was curdled and still safe to drink..
Paid $25 for just an “okay” experience. Don’t see myself returning anytime soon.

Shouldn’t have to sit in the drive through 10+ minutes before close with the open sign on and workers inside who won’t pick up the phone, locked the doors and wouldn’t go to the window when pulled up to. Very unprofessional and rude.

This locations staff is amazing, Steve and the morning crew always greet me by name And take the time to talk with you and get to know you. Drinks are always made perfect and the food is always great.

Dean, was very rude. I tried to explain to her my issue. My issue is that I came to redeem my points and was told by a manager and dean was also standing in on the conversation when I was told that I did not have enough points to redeem a bakery item. She informed me that the bakery items were 150 point a piece. So I called corporate and they confirmed that was indeed not true. The manager there said that the point system was outdated. So today when I tried to explain this to Dean she of course took up for the mgr I was speaking for and disregarded me the customers issue. The issue I have is that you made me feel like I had no clue of what I was speaking about and gave me false information even after I showed the receipt to show how much the bakery item was. I didn’t get to get my bakery item because of it. And today Dean accused me of arguing because she didn’t want to hear that an employee the mgr had not indeed done her job. So I told her I would be making a review and speaking to the person in charge Steve. I simply asked her to make sure everyone was aware of the point system. I told her I spend money almost everyday and want to make sure I can redeem my points.

Stopped in after walking a few miles to rest and get get some water. The staff that was working there were very kind as well as the manager. One of them approached me and asked if I wanted anything to drink (a coffee) and gave me one for free. Made my day !
