normally come here almost every day but i ordered a coffee thru a mobile app this time and my coffee came as mostly ice and foam and not even filled to the top. whatever, i took a few pictures and submitted it to the app then went to drink it, genuinely tasted like someone re-used the same coffee grounds several times- horribly bitter and burnt tasting, im not picky at all but thats crazy, did notttt taste edible. only leaving review because ive noticed many establishments dont care about the quality of the mobile orders vs in store.

Visited the Oakdale Caribou again after a not so great experience a couple of weeks ,(2-3 weeks) ago. Was happy to see the holiday flavors are available. This time the service was a bit better. 8n my last review I noted that the staff were not calling out customer names when food or beverage was ready. My name was said once and the staff I interacted with were very nice, they were at least calling out the food and beverage orders when they were ready. No names being called out. Hmm…. I do appreciate that the staff was very friendly. The iced cranberry dark chocolate crafted press was delicious. Thank you.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Caribou! Everyone is always friendly and has a smile on their face! There’s nothing better than hot coffee! (ho ho mint was a recommendation of the staff and it was totally worth it!)

Visited on November 1st around 9 a.m. — I was very happy with my beverages and the service overall was great! I want to give a special shoutout to the new team member who was training on hot beverages this morning — you’re doing amazing!
However, I did want to mention that I noticed a co-worker speaking a bit passive aggressive when the new person accidentally added whipped cream to a drink that requested no whip. Mistakes happen, especially when learning! Please remember that everyone is new at some point — a little kindness and patience go a long way. I just felt bad for the new person who was really trying their best.

love this place! moved in across the street and so glad to have a nice coffee shop so easy to get to. employees are always sweethearts and very chill, love the menu, wife adores the cake pops… Starbucks who?

I ordered Caribou every single day the same drink every day.
I chose the Oakdale location because it’s by my office. I had a mystery Monday coupon that I tried to use and I ordered two large drinks with no ice with two extra shots of espresso into both of them and this is how they gave me both of my drinks?? Usually, they add a little bit more milk to compensate the NO ICE piece- will not go here again. They forgot the NO ICE portion and scooped my ice out

Even though they didn’t have the flavor I wanted, it took them like 5 seconds to make the next beverage of choice.
Excellent staff, they treat us awesome every time we come.

The busiest drive-thru I’ve seen on a Saturday morning in a while! Went inside because I was in a hurry and they didn’t disappoint. It was a little bit of a wait for my drink and my sandwich but they still got me out of there in less than 10 minutes and on my way. Super friendly and helpful.
