Lovely, warm atmosphere. Good for reading and watching the groundhog that pops up from time to time. Only had one drink mistake, since they were training someone I believe, and their coworker very kindly fixed it and even gave me a larger size. Thank you! Didn’t have to but it made my day brighter :] No hard feelings towards the new person cause I’ve been there too. It’ll get easier for you!

I tried to use my streak week rewards in the App and it stated that it could not reward it, so I went inside to see if it could be used at the counter and the gal was able to access it there and reward it to me. I kindly thanked her for that.

Workers are super friendly, but orders are not accurate the majority of the time. Do NOT pay for upgrades or add ons at this location. Over the years I’ve gone to this Caribou, I’d say more than half our orders have had something wrong or missing. Missing the free whip on a drink, no big deal, but when you do paid toppings or food items it starts to become an issue. The kicker is the tag they place on the drinks/bags literally lists the customization they just don’t read it apparently. I’ve even had them make the wrong size on a couple occasions. To their credit, they will correct these issues when pointed out, but it shouldn’t have to be pointed out as often as required…especially when the tags they put on the cups show what is missing. Again, DO NOT pay extra for an additional shot or premium topping or a bag of chips because you most likely won’t get it.
