Met a friend for coffee. She ordered a mint hot chocolate. I’m usually a tea drinker(Caribou lattes are only coffee I like) so I ordered that too. The 1st sip made my taste buds sing for joy! Authentic chocolate syrup, delicious mint that’s not too spicy or overpowering (like the other place ) just perfect deliciousness to last drop!

I’m a daily visitor to this location, & today this visit was less then stellar..I walked in, & no lights on..So was upset, it was 9:45am, w a normal 6am opening.. And then, to top it off my drink tasted NOTHING like I usually order..So now I’m throwing it out, & $ wasted .Headed down the road to another caribou..Disappointed regular..

I ordered a Lavendar Matcha Latte, 3 days in a row. Love the lavendar. However, they’re not stirring the powder in the milk to dissolve. When you have about 1/3 of your drink left, you can no longer drink it, as it’s all green tea powder. What a wate of $. I will never order it again.

Service was fine but drinks were poorly made. My regular coffee was lukewarm even though I was there early, around 6:00 a.m., so it should have been fresh. My spouse’s iced latte was watery before any ice melted, almost like the barista used watered down skim milk (in case skim isn’t thin enough as it is). Disappointing.
