I ordered a medium latte and really frustrated that there’s about an inch and a half room left in the cup where coffee should be. You can see by the foam that I have not taken a drink. When paying $6 for a latte, I expect to get the full 16 oz and not cheated out of a full drink. Stop the shrinkage Caribou Coffee please!!!

The rating speaks for itself. The customer service was good. The store was clean. The service was quick. Unfortunately the 4 out 5 stars came from the barista. She came with drink and the drink was spilt on the side. I wouldn’t mind coming to this location again……..

Review: Love this Caribou! I often stop here after picking up bagels next store. The baristas are always great and when I do mobile orders, my drink is always sitting and waiting for me. Never had an issue at this location.

Ordered on 10-14-24 at 11:30. I’m not sure the girls names but whoever made my drinks. You’re the best!!! Extra Flavor is hitting most definitely!!!! My all time favorite location ever. My family even my 7 year old ( who loves the hot chocolate and cider) loves this location.

Ya see if I mobile order for delivery through the app I can’t tip my driver unless I have cash. The tip goes to the baristas. If I order through Uber eats I don’t get my Caribou rewards. The drivers are coming to where I live and it makes me uncomfortable to think someone might retaliate when I’ve assumed I’ve been tipping!

New Years Day 2022: they are open until noon yet apologize for the inconvenience – that’s nice of them. CASHIER was EXPERICED, BRIGHT and EFFICIENT. That’s awesome of them.
My drink was ready in about 90 seconds – that’s REMARKABLE. The barista was firing on all cylinders.
