I stopped by Promenade Caribou Coffee to pick up a Caprese sandwich and an iced caramel Crafted Press for a good friend. When I got to the drive thru, the employee helping me was Hailey, I hope I spelled it right, if not please forgive me. She said Caprese which was the right way and I definitely didn’t pronounce it right, which gave us both a good laugh.
She was genuinely friendly, smiling, and easy to talk to. One of those quick interactions that actually sticks with you. I was disappointed they didn’t have my turkey mini’s but Hailey made my visit great even though they didn’t have my sandwich. When I dropped the order off at my friend’s work and told her about it, she said that’s the only Caribou she goes to, and now I totally understand why.
Appreciate you, Hailey. Thanks for making a simple stop a really good experience.

Sandwich and chocolate cooler. It was fantastic! I changed the sandwich order the man & I apologized when I changed my mind. The drive through attendant said man no need to apologize. Your ok.
Very, kind I appreciated his willingness to change my order on the fly without getting upset.
I just went back today 10/4/25 they had merchandise 60% off and bought a drink! Heck of a deal!

My pumpkin spice latte was very disappointing. Maybe they should call that one clove spice. It did not taste anything like what I assumed it would taste like…. Pumpkin pie like? I am not sure why anyone other than a clove lover would drink it. Sadly I had to pour mine down the drain, which was fine. On we go.

I agree with the previous comments about clients visiting by way of the lobby – are not welcomed very well. I placed an order on the app while in the lobby, and it took appx 15 minutes for my drink to be ready. I was becoming impatient while seated, so I approached the pickup counter to confirm that the staff had received my order. The employee finished my drink and placed it on the counter without a mention of whose drink it was or a thank you.
The staff appeared to be short-handed, only observed two team members. A “thank you” would have been a decent exchange for my time, which I normally receive consistently other Caribou’s.
The lobby was cold as well and i had to wear my jacket while seated.

This Caribou location is heavily focused on its drive-thru, in-person customers tend to be neglected. I have had multiple occasions where I’ve been ignored for long periods of time without an acknowledgement from employees. I’ve noticed service times after the order tend to be longer than I’ve experienced at other locations as well.
In December 04, I went to order a Spicy Mocha and was told they were out for the season. While I don’t doubt their sincerity (it could be beyond this location’s control), I am puzzled at how what’s meant to be a seasonal drink for the holidays is completely out of stock well in advance of them (I had a similar issue with the honeycrisp apple drinks in the fall). If it is a corporate issue, then I think it would make sense for them to re-stock the locations, given the popularity of these drinks.
The indoor seating is very nice, albeit crowded, and ultimately, not a terrible experience if you love Caribou (I still would take this place any day over Starbucks). But, if you’re torn between this location and others in the area, I’d definitely recommend the others.

This place is usually pretty decent but if you get any food item it will take forever to get to you. After 15 minutes waiting for a pastry I ordered from the front display and asking multiple people if they could grab and hand it to me I finally just gave up and left
