The people at this one are so nice. A few months ago, I was having a really hard day & I think they saw me crying in the drive thru camera, because they told me I had a free drink when I KNOW I didn’t have enough points for that — they must’ve covered my cost. It was so sweet.

I’ve spent well over 10,000 dollars on Caribou coffee starting in January 2016. Today I just got the worst iced americano ANY Caribou in the state (or other states) has ever given me. The most watered down Americano I’ve ever had to the point where there was almost no coffee in it, and they screwed up the amount of flavoring that it should have had if the first place. Honestly, who’s running your Caribou?

Friendly staff. Size of coffee shop is small, and there aren’t as good of seating options as some other Caribous. Parking lot can be chslto get into when there are long lines at the drive thru. On the plus side, there’s a drive thru.

I honestly can’t believe this happened. I needed to make a short call so I sat in the far corner of the unoccupied patio so as to not bother anyone and 3 employees came out, sat next to me and proceeded to have some sort of loud therapy session about how one of them won’t make sandwiches.

This store is untrained in customer service and company policy. I had a very poor experience with the Caribou Tower Glen this morning. I ordered a Large Cold Press with No Ice, something I’ve ordered frequently from many other locations. When I approached the drive-through window, the woman working there said “you know when you say no ice, the glass looks a bit empty right?” and proceeded to hand me a large cold press with 1.5 – 2 inches of empty space in the cup. I told her I didn’t think that was right. She informed me that “This is just how it is”. I said that I have ordered this numerous times and I’m fairly certain Caribou’s policy is to fill the cup. She offered to get the manager to explain it to me. At that point I informed her that I would simply purchase coffee elsewhere in the future. And I drove off so I could get to work.

If I could write a 5 star Negative review I would this is the 3rd time this week I’ve been to this location and they just like don’t know what they’re doing or they just don’t know how to fill an order I have worked in the food industry a very long time and if you’re going to just keep telling me oh I can just dump ice out or I can’t do that. all the other caribou’s are extremely more Accommodating I’m sure you guys don’t care I will never be back to this one.
