Every time we go to this location, the wait is ridiculous.
Appeared to be, at least, 5 people working. We were the only car in the drive-thru. Ordered 2 espresso drinks. The girl who took our order was very busy, on her cell phone, texting, while we waited. She wasn’t even hiding it… just standing there with her face in her phone.
When she gave us our drinks, there was zero acknowledgement of the long wait.
Are these people trained on customer service skills???
Took about 8 minutes for our drinks.
I’m done with this place.

This morning I had a huge exam and I was rushing to get my coffee. I didn’t notice that I had ordered at the wrong location in my hurry. The baristas were so kind and made my drink and canceled the other one for me. Thankfully I was not late for my exam thanks to them!

I am having a bad day, went to one Caribou and they were out of the Bacon Gouda Souffle, which was really upsetting because that is the only thing I can eat here (GF). So I ordered on the app for another location nearby. When I arrived at what I thought was the right store, they couldn’t find the order because I was not at the right location. They told me not to worry about it and promptly made what I ordered and didn’t charge me! They even said they would let the other store know because I couldn’t even imagine calling customer service to cancel the order. When she gave me my order she said “have a beautiful day” and now I am crying while sipping my delicious honey lavender matcha because I REALLY needed that kindness and I appreciate SOOO much! You have made my day and helped me through a tough time.

I only gave 4 stars for the souffle because the bacon pieces were fatty and in edible but that’s not the stores fault as they are premade.

My husband ordered a caramel high rise not so hot. He was given a campfire mocha extra hot. We said something when it was handed to us at the drive thru. And rather than correcting the order, she told him to taste it. Three times she told him to taste it. An extra hot beverage when he ordered not so hot. It would have been nice to just get the right beverage. Which we were refused.

Since when does anyone only grill one side of a grilled cheese? They offered a $1.00 sauce. That sandwich needed a lot of help, but usually don’t need dips for that meal. $8.00 rip off. Was dry and tasteless, uncut. .

5 stars if it weren’t so expensive and because I am a poor trucker have to take back one star.

Server was very cordial. I wish I’d gotten her name. Maybe, if I win the Megabucks, I can swing back by in my chauffeured limo and drop off some flowers.

Food is better than average. The bagel encrusted with hash browns and filled with cream cheese. 2 eggs, ham and more American cheese was a bit weird for me but satisfied my morning hunger in due course and the Caribou coffee was quite good, I thought. A previous poster said the coffee sucked (I paraphrased) but he/she hasn’t imbibed in the normal, useless and hopelessly weak truckstop coffees I’ve had to force down in my trucking life. So, yes, I think this Caribou coffee is okay.

Let’s see, what else…hmmm, well the decor is nice. I also think they have free Internet and will check it out after I finish this short, little comment…well, kinda short.

Yep, still here … waiting for dispatch to get me a load. Waiting , waiting … waiting … wai …

For you OTR drivers waiting at FedEx Ground: You can drive (bobtail) hardly a mile up to this location without a trailer and park right outside.

So far (all day), no one has chased me out of here. I’m parked out of the way and away from the entrance so as not to be in the way of commuters rushing to and fro. 🙂

I called the day prior to pickup requesting (2) 2.5 gal canteens of coffee. I showed up on time at 7 AM as requested and they were not ready. It also appeared that they had completely forgotten about my order. Didn’t get an apology or a discount. Never spending money here ever again.

The staff, food and drinks are typically great!

They need to take more care in their parking lot. It appears they never plow the lot and there are 6 inch ridges of pure ice all throughout. It’s painful driving around but even more painful for those walking in. Even the handicap spaces are terrible. Not very welcoming and quite honestly high risk for a lawsuit.

As a driver I find it appalling to be handed drinks that look like this only to have to deliver this to the customer. Why aren’t they sealing the drinks so the customers know its not tampered with? The fact that the staff thinks this is acceptable to hand to a delivery driver is questionable. If I was the direct customer this drink would be fine but no I’m expected to deliver this unsealed drink to the customer only so they can question if I did anything to it. I’m going to deliver it but I don’t like the perception this could have on the customer since once again the drinks not sealed.
