1st time at this location, very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t up to my expectations. There were two customers ahead of me and the barista took their order. And when i came up the counter, the barista stated said she will be back to help me. I said, okay and thought if I could it order through my phone app faster it would save her the time taking my order over the counter and continue to finish all of ours drinks together. Completed my online order and went to find myself a seat. The first two customers got their drinks. I waited and waited. Some customers that came after me, had gotten their drinks before mine. One of the barista finally notice me when there customers were served, checked their system and said to the other barista, “how did we miss her drink”. After making my drink, no apologies just a “here is your drink”. I am sad to say I would not recommend ordering drinks through the app here or visit this location to my friends or family since their queuing system failed.

Great location and the space inside is nice. The service is terrible and by far the slowest I experience at any Caribou I go to. Sadly this hasn’t been a one time experience but an on going problem that I have encountered at this location.

Caribou, is a fantastic spot to grab a caffeinated beverage no matter where you are. This spot is located right off I-35 across from Target. The service was excellent the staff was friendly and my Americano with a marshmallow shot was delicious!

The food was good. It took longer for them to call my name, seen what look like my food and drink on the behind the counter. I asked if this was mine. They said no watched as 15+ people got their food and coffee. Then they called my name and to my surprise it was the same food and drink on the counter that I thought it was mine.
