Kitchen staff was either high or confused bc I Have never had such terrible food service. Waited 50 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and then it was not even the right sandwich but had to leave to make an appointment. Went from nobody in the shop when we ordered to probably 20+ people waiting for food and the excuse was “we are busy” was not busy when we ordered. Was also told 30 minutes after waiting they were out of their sausage and then 10 minutes later came out with that sandwich. Truly horrible experience

I ordered the Nitro Turtle mocha and it was soo good, although its a bit too sweet I always add an extra shot of coffee to bring a good balance. The next day I tried the Hot Turtle mocha with an extra shot of coffee and it did the trick. I bought their coffee beans and a mug as well, the staff are friendly and great service.

Spent about 15 minutes waiting for a coffee and 2 bagels inside (only person in line), the drive thru was packed and unmoving either. In other words very slow service. There is only about 10 parking spots outside as well, with 2 handicapped and 2 drive thru waiting spots in that number.
