The Denver breakfast bowl is gross. This needs to be removed from the menu. Looks like a dirty diaper in a bowl. I can’t believe this was $6. Do yourself a favor and order something else or stick to coffee.

I placed a mobile order in the Target parking lot less than 2 minutes away and left to pick it up immediately after placing my order. I expected to have to wait a minute or two since I got there so quickly, but when I got there they already had my drink made and ready to go. I was blown away. My drink tasted fantastic as aways. 5/5, I would most definitely visit this location again!

Unfortunately, this location has been very disappointing. My order is frequently incorrect, and when I’ve mentioned it, the response from staff has often been rude or dismissive. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic accuracy and respectful customer service. Because of these repeated issues, I won’t be returning.

I had asked to use my rewards for the purchase of my coffee. This was through drive up. She said no problem. Then she handed my the tablet to add tip or not. I added some. Then I said I saw that the total was $4.00 and some change, and asked if I was being charged or if this would be taken off my reward points . She said it was going to be taken off my “money in my reward app” which I thought was odd. Well it did in fact get charged to my app balance instead of my reward points which I had plenty to use for the drink. The employee obviously does not understand what rewards are in the app. Just letting you know.

Every time I order the iced crafted press, I get ice with a little crafted press sprinkled on top. This time I asked for less ice. Still got way too much ice so I asked them to top it off before drinking it and they said they’d have to make me a new one because I grabbed it from them. I felt bad so I scooped the ice out myself and as I’m leaving I was so annoyed that I drove back and asked for a new one. I got this one with less ice like I wanted but filled up 3/4 of the way. If the amount of actual drink is a set amount (as in so many ounces), please let me know and I’ll edit this to 3 stars instead of 1. When I returned, they told me I had to throw the first one in the garbage myself because I I had touched it. Pretty silly. Might want to teach common sense. Not off to a great start Hugo Bou.

6/14/25 6am – Blondish girl- Google says the store is open 5:30am-7pm every day so I showed up at 5:58am. Drive through didn’t turn on until 6am (not a big deal whatsoever) when paying for my order I just let the girl know that it said they opened 5:30 and asked if that was correct. She rudely said “yeah. You got here at 5:28.” I said “5:58” she looked at the clock and immediately started shutting the door and said “guess we’ll have to do something about that. Bye” and shut it while I was said I was just trying to figure out if the store opens at 5:30 or 6. Completely unnecessary. I wasn’t acting rude or angry in any way. Still unsure of when the store is supposed to open??

was so excited to get our before-fishing coffees. we get the exact same thing every time, except this time.. was so gross. we’ve never had anything chunky/floating in the drinks we always get and we’re so disappointed they don’t taste like they normally do. idk if it was the oat milk or what. but we are 100% disappointed. both drinks were oat milk espresso shakers (1 V and 1 C)
