The food is ok but the negative attitude towards customers and the slow service doesn’t make it worth going! If you don’t like your job don’t work there. All they do is take care of the drive through and sit on thier phones while people inside are waiting in line to be assisted. I’ve contacted corporate but they don’t seem to care about it as nothing has seemed to change in the employees behavior or attitude . She acted like me being there was a huge problem for her like whatever on her phone was so important. I recommend if you want fast service go through the drive thru because that seems to be thier first and most times only priority! I’ve spoke to management about this and corporate they both don’t seem to care ! So I’ve stopped going I used to go there 3 times a week but I’d rather save my money then to be treated like I don’t belong or I’m I unwelcome somewhere !

I get this drink from here all the time and i’ve never had this issue before 🙁 I knew the second she handed it to me it wasn’t full and once i waited for the foam to go down I could see how empty it really was. $6 spent for 3/4 full cup.

Not sure who worked today 11/14 at around 2pm. But those girls deserve a raise!
We had to wait due to the oven being off, and they were so courteous to us. Constantly checking in and apologizing for any inconvenience. They were very polite and made sure my bf and I got our stuff. Very thankful <3

All has turned so bad sense Hannah a manager who actually cared about making good coffee, and sacrificed her personal breaks for the customers to have an amazing experience got wrongly fired. I and many others will no longer be coming here. Higher ups should have made sure they had enough people to cover breaks, so no one gets Punished by making sure a customer gets served rather than waiting at an empty counter.

I have gone to this location 5 times and never had a good experience. The drip coffee is, at best, luke-warm. They don’t accept the mobile app and twice they haven’t been able to sell giftcards. The service is okay, but the actual product is severely lacking.
Do yourself a favor, if you want Caribou Coffee drive to the other side of Hastings, it is worth the drive. If you want coffee closer to that side of town, try Dunn Bros.
