Stopped in for coffee and was not disappointed. This place is bright and clean when you walk in the door. The smell of the coffee hits you when you open the door, it is amazing.
My order was taken quickly and we sat down to wait. Someone waiting for their drink grabbed mine when it was placed in the counter and walked out with it. The staff quickly made another and we had our drinks.
The drinks were delicious, service was great, the prices are good. I really like Caribou Coffee and this location is exceptional.

I was in there today ordered a ham swiss and egg croissant over microwaved For sure! Order was messed up told I had a free sand but when I got there they said I didn’t coffee was luke warm not happy 15.00 later ♀️

Totally unacceptable service. 32 minutes in the drive-thru line for one cup of overpriced coffee. Someone in charge needs to make sure staff is FULLY trained and that there are enough people on the job on a Saturday morning. And this isn’t a one-off experience. This smells like a staffing problem through-and-through.

It is really disheartening how this location has gone downhill. The quality of their drinks has declined. Their whip creams are like water, their cups are always covered in water. To make it worse, they only have a couple good employees who are kind and care about the products they make. Whenever there are long wait times, no one apologizes for that, or is even any nicer because of it.
I am going to have to start going to another location outside of the town I live in a guess since this one shows no signs of improving. I only gave 2 stars because of the 2 decent employees they have. I’m not paying increased prices for a product that has zero care in it.

This Hastings, MN store does not have online ordering. The lines are always really really long here. There is a dedicated parking spot for online orders and in numerous places they claim that you can skip the line if you use their mobile app to order ahead. You can’t skip the really long line by ordering ahead like they advertise. They need to remove this signage and free up a parking spot. Other neighboring businesses like Great Clips and the UPS Store could use an extra spot that Caribou is claiming for mobile orders. As previous reviews indicate, online ordering has been unavailable for at least 3 months, possibly more despite all the on-site advertising. Also when I visited most recently they were all out of coffee. How is a coffee shop out of coffee? It’s called Caribou Coffee.

Immediately received my drink order. Was able to ask a question of the barista to verify what I might order in person versus what was ordered in the app if they would be the same order.

I go to this location every morning and my coffee it’s always amazing, 10/10. Manager James is always friendly and always makes sure I get my coffee the way I like, thank you!!

Typically I wouldn’t write a review here for this low but today was a bit off putting. Not sure who made the move to start taking customers cards to scan in the driveway. Before it was touchless they would hold the machine out the window and customer would scan their card then have the option to tip if they chose. Last couple times here they have scanned my card and asked me directly for a tip. Off putting to me. If I wanted to leave a tip I’m more than capable. But lately the drinks here haven’t been that good. Bottom line is stop asking for tips in the drive thru. If people want to leave one they will. Focus on delivering stellar service and product. It is the job after all. Highly suggest letting people scan their own cards again for touch LESS.
