1 star because of a worker named Ashley
I love the bou just not this location
there was a customer in front of me that was an elderly gentleman and he ordered three drinks and she never asked for his rewards/perks phone number he had to remind her of it
Then, here I come I’m not sure if Ashley is prejudice or if she just young-minded… Lack customer service skills
I spoke to her and her co-worker ( I said hello ladies)
I ordered a medium turtle mocha cooler
She forgot to ask me for my phone number as well
So I told her and she said she had a process of doing it but that was a lie
I’m a bou girl (for years)
I know when there’s good customer service and when there is not
She picks and choose who she wants to have good customer service skills with…
The reason why I say that is one of the ladies that work at Hy-Vee came to get her drink and she got her drink before I got my drink and I was there before her and she was very kind to her…
I think that this caribou in faribault only hiring bodies
They don’t really care if they experienced or not but Ashley said she been working there for a year because I said oh you guys give cash back she said I guess then that’s when I asked her how long she have been working there that’s how I knew it was for one year
Won’t be back
This location just lost a customer

Personally I went there for my birthday drink not realizing it had expired. The decaf coffee is way to strong. I bought Espresso coffee beans candy instead.

I always order a custom drink, the iced white chocolate espresso shaker with a full shot of caramel, oatmilk cold foam, and caramel drizzle (I highly reccomend it, it’s amazing!) and this specific Caribou always gets it right! I have had issues with other Caribou’s repeatedly with messing up my order and being rude when I ask them to correct it, but never here. The staff is always friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience here.

The staff at THIS Caribou are second to NONE! They have a steady flow of regular customers that come in for their gold star morning greeting…..and a cup of really GREAT coffee. Many are greeted by first names, along with a positive attitude and honest so glad to see you today acknowledgment.
