They can’t follow instructions. We asked for no whip and double blended. They have us with whip and I don’t even think they blended it as we can’t even get anything out of the huge ice chunks that block the straws. Put your phones down and actually follow the order!!

Coffee was prepared quickly, store appeared clean and staff was friendly, but we did find hair in our breakfast sandwiches 🙁 We have had good experiences here in the past but weren’t exactly thrilled with our takeout visit this past weekend.

I like their drink and sandwich offerings but the coffeeshop itself is impossible to inhabit. Whatever steam machine they use is ear piercing and can’t be good for the employees. Also the ‘stramer’ drinks are popular, so get ready to here non stop screeching while you’re inside.

I’m not really a coffee drinker but I love matcha! So as the coffee places here in town started getting matcha drinks I’ve started trying them. I stopped here today to try the iced matcha with bubbles and a waffle sandwhich! So good. The sandwhich was hot and Crispy and the drink was so refreshing and sweet. 10/10 would recommend and will be back for more!!

Yet another caribou that can’t get the most basic drink right. Cold press with ONE shot of carmel should not taste like creamy chocolate milk. Food was perfect as always though.

Since caribou closed the other north side location, this location seems to have gotten too busy. I consistently get espresso drinks with burned espresso, wrong ingredients (like mint in my pumpkin white mocha today) and it takes quite a long time to get service for a drink carrier when picking up an online order inside. I feel like it takes a long while to get service when you go inside to order as well as in the drive thru. These employees are clearly too busy to actually give decent customer service. I don’t even complain about my bad drink anymore because I’m beginning to wonder if they’re doing it to me on purpose.

Used to go here 4-5 days a week. Last time, the drive through order taker was so rude I considered just driving away. On top of that, the usual coffee drink I get was made so sweet it was undrinkable. Didn’t bother going back to get it remade, because I won’t be going back.
