I’d give zero stars if I could but I can’t. Never change their hours if they aren’t going to be open. Zero transparency with times of operation. You’ll probably be late to work if you come here because you never know when they’re open. Better off going to Kwik trip or elsewhere. Also never get rewards because they always always always type my phone number wrong. Reason I know that is because I claimed my rewards for a free coffee and she said I had the wrong number, I’m a very loud talker so it wasn’t on my end that it was messed up

Walked in a few minutes before they closed—@6:30pm. The website says 7pm. Was told at 6:27pm they are closed. No apologies..just simply “yeah..the google page hasn’t been updated.” Had a rough day..just wanted a cup of happiness. If this was the first time I had a lackluster experience at this location, I probably wouldn’t say anything but it’s not the first time (having to pry them from their phones to take my order or ask for them to put in my perks phone number.).

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I usually have good service when going to caribou, but today’s was better than ever. I had to ask for the baristas name, as I was so impressed there was no reason I wasn’t going to leave a review for her. Angie did an amazing job getting me set up for the rewards program and answering any questions I had. Will definitely be returning to see her bright and smiling face. I am so happy with my experience I had at caribou today.
