My coworkers and I are in town for a work event, and Ailee absolutely made our morning! We went through the drive-thru and she was so welcoming, patient, and kind even though we took a few minutes to order and ask questions. Her friendly attitude and bright smile instantly stood out, and she even gave us pumpkin muffin samples while we waited for our drinks. Thank you, Ailee, for starting our day off on such a positive note! We’ll definitely be back.

Terrible service.
The focus of the team was on customers in the drive thru.
I waited for several minutes before I was asked if I was being helped.
I placed my order, but then another 10 minutes before the drink I ordered was made. The young lady who came around the corner and asked me if I was being helped…I told her I already ordered. She checked the order screen and then made the drink immediately.
Poor service!!

I came in on 12/14/25 while I was in town visiting a friend. It didn’t look too busy when I went in but took a couple of minutes until someone noticed me and took my order. The order taker asked for my perks number but didn’t verify the name. I didn’t think much of it until I was waiting about 4-5 minutes for my drink which was entered not under my perks name but someone else’s.
One of the girls asked what I waiting for and I said my drink which she pointed at the drink that I ordered and I just answered that that name wasn’t my name. She apologized and just said there’s no other name on the screen and that’s your drink. I looked at her and just accepted it and left.
I had a free drink that I was going to use which I think would’ve been better if I just did a mobile order instead of in-person.
I would suggest having the workers double check the name on the perks account just to prevent something like this happening again in the future.

Hey, I would just love a single napkin if I get a food item. Especially a handheld breakfast sandwich with cheese. Is it policy to only give napkins upon request? Are we saving money here? This was drive-thru.

We were waiting for 10 minutes, about 5-6 workers looked at us and didn’t ask if we were missing anything. I had to ask someone how long it was going to take yet for my iced coffee. Then the girl I asked seemed irritated and had the girl that was already swamped make it for us. I know she was rushing but I had to wipe off my own cup from the milk running down the side.
The whole experience at this location was just clunky, not how my visits (at other locations) usually go.
The crew should be more aware and attentive when they see people waiting at the “pick up” part of the store.

The sandwich I got was spinach, artichoke and egg. The sandwich was stuck to its wrapper and the bottom bun was soggy, which made it very unenjoyable. The coffee, however was delicious. I got a Mint Condition Latte and it was perfect.

Ultimately, hands down, Caribou Coffee is my favorite. Everyone is always so friendly, and they’re always making the best drinks ever. My favorite and highly recommend is the Turtle Mocha.
