The Boy name eli or Elijah in the drive thru taking orders is rude he needs to not work here anymore I’ve been here a few times his attitude is horrible . Be aware of price change a whole 1$ overnight and they haven’t changed their menu , when I confronted them about it they treated me like I was causing a problem when I was only just confused . I don’t care about the extra 1$ I just was so uncomfortable by the way I was treated I just left the situation alone and pulled off I won’t be coming back here anytime soon . I ordered an Ice mocha . They printed me off a receipt and acted like I was crazy.

Tried to order a sandwich that they had but would not leave off ingredients due to my allergies. They will not work with food allergies. I had to wait at the counter for 6 minutes to get this response or any acknowledgement I ready to order. I will not be trying any other Caribou Coffee company.

Was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. We get to the window and pay. The employee comes back and says they didn’t have the sandwich we ordered. She got the manager to do refund which took another 7 minutes. When the manager gave us the receipt we asked to get two blueberry bagels instead and she says they didn’t have any ready. Was NOT impressed to say the least!!

Coffee was pretty good and not outside of what you’d expect price wise for a coffee house. The ambiance is a bit like a ski lodge, comfortable and cozy. The staff were quick and accurate.

This has been my go to coffee shop for the last 5 years. The staff was friendly, coffee was always great and it was quick. In the last 6 or 7 months, things have changed so drastically. The staff has all changed (as far as I’ve seen) and the new members are just cold, bordering on rude. It has definitely made a difference in where I chose to go on a regular basis. The last two times I’ve gone, I’ve burnt myself on the coffee. As a constant coffee drinker, I expect it to be hot. I don’t expect it to actually burn my tongue and leave it sore till the next day. I mentioned it the first time, to be told they must have hit the extra hot button. Twice in a row tells me they’re either being careless or something has changed. Not sure I’ll be back for a while.
