Ordered online line $10 lunch combo for myself and my daughter. Our drinks were ready super fast and they were tasty. Waited for quite a while before asking how much longer for our food sandwiches. My daughter got hers and then we’re were offered a “free” sandwich or a refund. I chose the refund as I didn’t want to wait any longer. I went up to ask if anything was needed for the refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund unless I went through corporate. I just picked another “free” sandwich (not free because I already paid for it). I think the people behind the counter could use some training on providing information (correctly) to the customer. Had I not asked more questions I would have left thinking I was going to be refunded. The previous times I have gone were flawless (but I didn’t order food). Drinks are good.

I ordered 3 drinks one was a hot turtle mocha with oat milk due to an allergy, a cold turtle mocha and a kids hot chocolate well 1 out of 3 where right so let’s get right to the hot turtle mocha and it was made with 2% milk and had so much froth on it like a latte instead of whip and topping which should have came with it the kids hot chocolate was just steamed milk with no chocolate in it, the girl that made the drinks was named Chloe and it seems like she doesn’t know what she is doing for now I will be going to an actual caribou coffee shop and not one in a festival foods.

Ash at Caribou in the food court at the Kimberly Festival Foods was really helpful and gave excellent service. She gave me information about the menu items and was friendly.

I really like the cold press sugar free caramel. With my perks I added espresso and upsized it. Was excellent. I recommend it.
