Quickly acknowledged us at the counter even though they had a long line at drive thru. Had drip coffee brewed & ready. The baristas had things orderly & worked well together. Very pleasant experience. Young man who served us was very friendly. Good job!

The baristas are so nice! My dogs love their pup cups! Coffee is always delicious, staff are friendly, even when they are swamped they will pause to chat with you and not rush you along. Highly recommend stopping here for a cup of joe.

Come here after church sometimes. Get a home made SuperValu doughnut and, both it and the caribou taste ten times better. The latte and cappuccino are accurately made and taste good. Cannot give five stars because they don’t have matcha latte like the other big chain does.

There is a young lady with blonde hair (I don’t know her name) that has been there a couple of times when I have stopped for coffee. She is always very pleasant and helpful. I only stop in the early morning and I know how hard it is to be pleasant early in the morning, but obviously, she is just happy all the time.

We drove in and parked in the lot, and ordered inside. My gf ordered a Mint Condition. The drink is supposed to come with whipped cream and mint chunks/pieces on the top. The drink did not come with whipped cream or mint pieces. She was disappointed when we were back on the road and found this out. The menu shows the ingredients, soooo? Customer service would have been better but people have bad days. All I expect is that the menu items are made per the description. We’ll pass on this location next time we drive up to the Cities or back.
