Nice small cafe , Was packed visited during Black Friday. The associates were friendly and offered great advice . I tried the Vanilla crafted press base . Less sugar loved it . Also liked the holiday coffee cups .

Caribou is my favorite coffee shop ever! The baristas are so friendly and make great coffee. They are always so attentive with minimal wait times. Try the white mocha campfire cooler or the white mocha for a great coffee experience!

There is no consistency to the drinks, several times recently I have gotten a drink that is half full. I paid north of $7 for this drink and paid $1 for extra whipped cream. This is half full and there is definitely not extra whipped cream.
**Update** The next time I went in the manager recognized my name and came and personally apologized to me and said she is doing some additional training with the staff. I thought this was really nice and my drink was perfect this time! Thank you.

I met a dear friend here to catch up and it was great, the patio was open so my dog and I could see her. They gave my little guy a pup-cup which he enjoyed, our drinks were great and they gave us no pressure at all when we were there at closing and welcomed us to enjoy the patio as long as we wanted even after they locked the doors for the day.

The Green Tea Sparkling Lemonade was AhMazing and so was the Spicy Devil Bagel.
Green Tea Lemonade Sparkler Ham and Cheddar Cheese Sammich (yes, I said sammich) and potato salad. Yummers….

Absolutely love this caribou I travel for work and I travel to mason which is far from my home I wait to get my coffee till I get to mason city’s caribou the workers are just fabulous AND KATHY is the freaking best. She makes my entire day she is so loving always has a smile on her face she is extremely helpful sweet she’s caring works hard as heck is all around just amazing. She sparks up a conversation with everybody mason city is so lucky to have her as a worker. Don’t get me wrong the other girls are great as well. Thank you all for all you do for all your hard work and your sweet kind words it truly makes a girls morning.

When I lived in ND we had one of these and I was obsessed! I was so excited to see one open in Michigan and not too far away! I love to go in the fall and try all the apple drinks! This year they really hit the spot! We also tried the apple pastry and that was delicious I would get everything I ordered again happily
