Decided to post a review after our latest experience. My wife and I both got a breakfast bowl and it was not great. It wasn’t bad. Just not as good as it was advertised in the few pictures we could see of it. They smother it in sauce too which is not shown in the pictures nor is it said in the description of the item (maybe it is in the pictures I just can’t tell). The sauce just turns everything into mush. And it’s so small I feel like I’m eating a kids meal. Pictures definitely made it seem like it was bigger than it really is.
But this is the only negative experience we’ve had here so still recommend the place, just wouldn’t recommend the bowl. My wife ordered the coffee and I got a peach mango energy drink. Both were really good so they do have some good stuff. But if your stomach is rumbling, maybe just go with a sandwich instead.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It was my sister and I first time going and got greeted by Joey. We explained it was our first time and he all the answered questions we had. Both of our drinks were amazing, way better than starbucks, scooters, etc. 10 out of 10 experience thank you Joey!

Third time is not a charm. The first time I ordered a frozen drink it had large ice balls in the bottom. The second time I decided to order a breakfast sandwich of chicken and hot sauce or honey and it was terrible. It was mushy, plain, and inedible. I called the manager that day and he said he would credit my card. Did not happen. Today, I tried a frozen drink again and asked for extra malt which I was charged for the extra. It did not have extra malt in it. I will not try again and will go across to Scooters!

If you’re a brewed decaf coffee drinker, Caribou Coffee in Waukee is THE best! Most coffee shops will only offer an Americano, Caribou will brew you a fresh cup + free refills on brews coffee and tea (in-shop). The atmosphere is perfect for hanging with friends or to get you office work done.

Not usually the type to review a chain coffee shop (much prefer local) but I love Caribou because it reminds me so much of home, Minnesota.

I love Caribou Coffee and think everybody should try it over some *other* chain places! This place in particular has a pleasing ambiance and atmosphere that almost has a luxury lodge feel to it. Additionally my drink (lavender matcha) was one of the best matches I have ever had. Truly cannot recommend Caribou enough and will be coming back!

Definitely a good little coffee shop. If it was an independently owned one and not a chain, it would be 5 stars. I just have a hard time giving chains 5 stars. Delicious drinks and food. Employee’s were very friendly as well!!

Mixing a Caribou Coffee with a bagel place is interesting. Didn’t quite have that cozy feel I usually get at Caribou Coffee, but it seemed well set up for the high traffic area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a nice place.

My favorite drinks are a hot Coffee Mocha and a Chai Latte. I absolutely love their Roasted Tomato Spinach & Pesto flatbread , and their Raspberry White Chocolate Scone is a top pick of mine. If you’re a coffee lover, I highly recommend trying their espresso.
